How long does the training take?
It depends on your state's required pre-licensing hours and your own pace. Once you complete the coursework, you sit for the state exam. We'll give you an exact timeline based on where you're located.
Do I have to work under a broker?
In most places, yes — newly licensed agents practice under a sponsoring broker or brokerage. That's exactly why placement matters, and it's a core part of what we help you with.
